Anthilla is geared toward making a mark for itself as one of the highly competitive companiesin the real estate industry. The name itself signifies advancement. Anthilla is derived from the root word ATL which means TO ELEVATE.

Anthilla Development Corporation was established in 2010 by its President, Emil Perez, Jr. (EPJ) , with its pioneer project, Melbourne Residences. The development ushered the start of the growth of the Palanan area in Makati. A year after, 2011, Anthilla Land Corporation, which handles projects located outside Metro Manila, was born.

In 2012, Anthilla Land Corporation’s first project was launched: the Americana Residences.

This 2015, Anthilla celebrates a milestone: it has now been operational for five years in the real estate industry.
